| Our goal at FPS is to help the best companies connect with the best prospective employees.
As an FPS Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and growing your
recruiting business through the acquisition and matching of clients and candidates
within your recruiting niche. You'll do this using the resources and knowledge made
available to you by FPS. |

So what does a typical day look like? Most days you might do any or all of the following:
- Marketing for new clients. You will typically make 20-50 marketing calls per day to hiring managers and Human Resources reps inside companies within your recruiting
niche. These companies (clients) will provide you with job orders for which they
require candidates.
- Candidate Interviews/Networking. You will utilize FPS resources to produce networking
opportunities to generate qualified, motivated candidates. All candidates you generate
will be stored in your recruiting database, to be used for future job orders. You
may also provide qualified candidates to any of the hundreds of other recruiters
within our recruiting networks who have job openings. (In this case, you will split
the placement fee with the recruiter.)
- Research. You will have all of the tools and knowledge you need to properly interact with clients, candidates, and contacts. These interactions, when effective, will make you a successful FPS Executive Recruiter.
- Administrative activities. To enable the placements you make, you'll spend time writing
requisite Emails, presenting candidates to companies, following up with client/candidates,
etc. You'll also join our weekly FPS conference calls and periodic FPS lunch meetings.
