We realize that you are not interested in an executive search partner that only has interest in you when you fit a current job opening. At FPS, we can help you manage your career. We provide most career management services, including training in the following areas: resume-writing, job search skills, interviewing, and negotiation. We realize that you are not interested in being persuaded to talk to a company for a job that you do not believe is in your best interest. Instead of trying to "retrofit" your skills and interests into an available position, we concentrate only on job openings that match your preferences and talents. Our job is to understand your skills, background, and interests and then to be clear about whether or not we see a fit. A successful placement must be a win-win-win situation for all of us: you, the company, and FPS. We realize that you are not interested in an executive search partner that works without you.
