During the search and selection process, FPS interfaces with you, an employment candidate, in the following ways:
Learn about you. We will explore your interests, background, and preferences and store this information in our database. There, it can be utilized by thousands of recruiters nationwide, as they search for job candidates. (Your name and personal information is hidden to everyone but us. We will get your permission prior to releasing your personal information.)
Discuss opportunities with you. We will discuss with you any opportunity that may be a fit for you. If we both agree that there is a potential match, FPS will present your credentials in a formal, written presentation to our client companies. We will NOT send your resume to any entity without your express permission.
Provide opportunities for you to find a potential match. FPS has extensive search tools that reveal potential matches for our candidates in a number of networks. However, should you want to simultaneously continue your own search, you may do so using FPS tools. Featured Jobs searches hot jobs of the week. Search All Jobs places far-reaching queries using your criteria. And the Career Alerts service continues an ongoing search on your behalf, emailing you when a potential match is found!
Ready you for an upcoming interview. We will coach you prior to interviews with a client company. We will give you as much information as we have on the organization, their challenges, the hiring manager, and anything else that is pertinent. We ask recruiting organizations that we may partner with to do the same.
Debrief you after an interview. We will debrief both you and our client company after an interview. We will communicate honestly with you about the interviewer's feelings. If the interview went well, we will tell you that. If it did not, we will discuss that, as well.
Coach you regarding an offer. We will coach you through the entire offer process. Our Recruiting Consultants are experienced at handling offers and counter-offers, and they are ready to assist you.
Offer you additional support. We offer an array of services to help you with ongoing career planning.
