target is passive candidates--good folks who are successfully utilizing
the skills you need--just doing it for someone else.

Consultants network the leads our Research Assistants provide. They
do this through phone calls and personal meetings, providing an effective,
efficient combination of 'high tech' and 'high touch'. This combination
allows us to source many candidates and then narrow our choices to the
ones that best suit your needs.
You

ask you substantive questions not only about each job order you give
