We will not 'sell' you on our services. We rely on our professionalism, knowledge, and results to win your trust.

We will follow up with you on an occasional basis to see if we can be of assistance. But frankly, we are confident that once we work with you, you will call us when you need us.

When we are working with you on a specific position, we will make sure you are informed of our progress regularly using your preferred method of follow-up. You tell us, and we will make it happen!

Our Research Assistants are specially trained in the latest Internet search tactics. Their main target is passive candidates--good folks who are successfully utilizing the skills you need--just doing it for someone else.

Our Recruiting Consultants network the leads our Research Assistants provide. They do this through phone calls and personal meetings, providing an effective, efficient combination of 'high tech' and 'high touch'. This combination allows us to source many candidates and then narrow our choices to the ones that best suit your needs.

At FPS, we will ask you substantive questions not only about each job order you give us, but also about your management style, your company's culture, and the type of person that would make a good fit.
