In addition, we will utilize the resources of our nationwide search network to ensure that we identify all potential candidates. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews. During our search, we will speak with a vast number of candidates who are qualified for your opportunity. We will explore their background, valid reasons for changing companies, current compensation package, etc. Only those qualified candidates who are ready to move from their current company will be presented to you. Debrief candidate after an interview. After you have interviewed a candidate, we follow up immediately with him/her to determine the level of interest. In addition, we provide coaching on the risks of accepting counter-offers. Follow up with you after candidate interview. Of course, we also follow up with you, our client company, to determine your level of interest and if any adjustments in search criteria should be made. Perform in-depth reference checks. At your request, we conduct confidential reference interviews with former employers, supervisors, and associates. Follow-up with you after employment begins. We make it a priority to touch base with you after you hire a candidate, to help identify potential problems and find solutions. |
