FPS will train you on all aspects of the recruiting process, using an 80-day web-based training program. You will also receive FPS training on our practices and vendor training on all of the recruiting tools and software. Much of your training will be accomplished during live recruiting situations. This will get you going as quickly as possible and will raise your comfort level with recruiting. |
